The Florence RedWolves split the double header with Lexington County Blowfish on Tuesday night falling in the first game 11-3 before winning the second game 11-2 at Sparrow Stadium.
The RedWolves exploded out of the gates with eight runs in the first three innings that was highlighted by a five run first inning where Florence batted around.
Florence would add on with three in the fifth to win 11-2.
Pacing the RedWolves offensive attack in game two was Joe Simone (Rider) who had a three-run triple in the first, a single in the second and a double in the sixth.
Picking up the win was Jamison Patterson (Charleston Southern) who tossed four innings allowing just two runs on five hits while striking out two.
The Florence RedWolves looked as if they had their third straight come from behind win well in hand as they lead 3-2 entering the fourth inning.
But the Blowfish would score twice in the fourth and five times in the fifth to take an insurmountable 9-3 lead.
By the end of the game the Blowfish would nine times in the final four innings to win 11-3.
Dylan Spence (The Citadel) took the loss for Florence tossing four innings giving up seven hits and four runs while striking out five.
The RedWolves were paced offensively by Patrick Causa (Mount Saint Mary's) who went 3 for 4 with one run batted in.
RedWolves (5-5) will travel to Savannah on Wednesday before returning home to take on Macon on Thursday.
Thursday's game will be Autism Awareness night with specialty Autism jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game.
