The Florence RedWolves fell to the Savannah Bananas 6-3 on Sunday night at Grayson Stadium.

The RedWolves tied the game at 1-1 in the fifth when Griffin Hulecki (Ball State) singled home AJ Archambo (Oral Roberts. Hulecki would come around to score on an errant pickoff attempt by the Banana's pitcher to give the RedWolves the 2-1 lead.

Florence would add on in the sixth when Brock Hallum (LIU-Brooklyn) came around to score on a wild pitch to make it 3-1.

But the Bananas would rally to score five times between the sixth and seventh inning to go on to win 6-3.

Kris Kuhn (College of Charleston) got the start for Florence and took a no-decision after tossing five plus innings allowing three runs (just one earned) while striking out five.

The RedWolves (10-10) will have Monday off before returning home Tuesday to take on the Peninsula Pilots.

Tuesday night will be KISS night at Sparrow Stadium. It will also be free t-shirt Tuesday as the first 200 fans get a free t-shirt.

Gates open at 6 pm for a pregame concert KISS cover band Unmasked. First pitch is scheduled for 7 pm.
