The Florence RedWolves fall to the Fayetteville SwampDogs 8-2 on Friday night at The Swamp.

The SwampDogs grabbed an early 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning.

But the RedWolves would answer back in the top of the seventh when Bryson Smith (Texas) singled home Greg Vaughn Jr (LIU-Brooklyn) and Kyle Gensler (Charlotte) reached on an error that allowed Smith to score to cut the lead to 3-2.

But the SwampDogs would answer in a big way by scoring five times in the bottom of the eighth to go on and win 8-2.
